The Chairman of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), Osun State Chapter, Comrade Akinbode Olakolupo Oluwasegun, popularly known as OmoAkin, has extended warm birthday wishes to the Chairman of the Osun State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB), Hon. Ibukun Fadipe, describing him as a father figure, mentor, and exemplary public servant.
